How We Work
We can provide you with estimated price Based on your measurements .
We will establish your preferences like colours , patterns and design you may like. When you accept our initial quotation it is time to visit you at your home.
Based on all information we gathered from you we will now show you fabric samples and do all necessary measurements. Also we will suggest most suitable design and solution. We strongly recommend that you choose fabrics from the comfort of your home.
Every room has it’s unique light and same fabic can look completely different in our showroom. Our visit is free of charge so it is great opportunity to get things right by picking correct fabric. At this stage we will establish what fittings and accessories are required (poles , tracks,curtain trimmings ,tie backs etc) Also we will discuss what curtain design to use (pinch pleat, wave, pelmet,swags )
Now we can provide you with detailed quotation. After you accept our offer and deposit is paid (50%) we will order all required materials. At this stage we will inform you about the date of your fitting day
Few days before installation day we will ask you for another 40% of payment. Now we will visit you to install your curtains. We will steam them to achieve this „showroom look” Now is time to pay remaining 10% of the balance.
